Hi! I’m Kaci Hedden, Founder of KLH Virtual Solutions, LLC. Life keeps me busy with two non-stop boys (15 & 11!), a longtime boyfriend (17 years and counting!), a dog, and a cat. When I’m not running my business, you’ll find me cheering on football (high school, college, & NFL), getting lost in a good murder mystery/thriller (book or show), or binge-watching The Golden Girls.

I started KLH Virtual Solutions with one goal: to support real estate professionals so they can dedicate their energy to their clients, while I handle the details. My journey into real estate began when we bought our first home in 2020. Throughout the contract-to-close process, my agent and lender complimented my communication and organization—and that’s when I discovered I had a knack for Transaction Coordination.

I also hold an active real estate license. While selling isn’t my goal, that background allows me to understand the process better, anticipate needs, and support your goals with confidence and care.

Being a transaction coordinator allows me to put my love of checklists, organization, and calm problem-solving to work every day, all while building great relationships with agents. I’m here to support agents professionally and make their transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible.
